Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unwashed
- Free from stains, damage, odors, or perfume
- In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Limited edition
- Discounted items
- Custom Items
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or non-defect reasons.
- NeoZero covers return shipping only if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
