Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Free from stains, damage, odors, or perfume
  • In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or non-defect reasons.
  • NeoZero covers return shipping only if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
