• Please ensure the product size before placing an order.
• All of our products are made without any animal skin.
• The colors you see on this website may differ from the actual product due to lighting effects during photography and the device you are using to view these products.
• For customers located in the European region, Germany, South America, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, we require your Tax ID number to process and ship your order. Please send it via CONTACT
   with your oder number for the email subject, due to regulations concerning the import of goods into countries within that region.
• We are unable to deliver packages to addresses using a 'PO BOX'. Please provide a common address, such as the street name and your unit number.
• Your package will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days. The delivery estimate varies for each country, ranging from 4 to 14 working days, or more if you are located significantly far from Indonesia.
• We are unable to void transactions for any reason. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
• Once the item(s) have been delivered, exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item for a different model or size, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse, including any applicable customs fees in both your country and Indonesia.
• Returns are not accepted for product(s) that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with in any way.
• Our customer service operational hours are from monday to friday, from 09:00am to 16:00pm.
