The courier is selected automatically based on your destination and shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country:
- Asia: 3–7 days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 days
- Europe: 7–12 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 days
- Rest of World: 7–14 days
Delivery times do not include processing time.

We use flat-rate shipping based on region. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
- We will contact the courier and assist with the investigation.
- A replacement or refund will be issued only after the courier confirms the package is lost.
Delayed Packages
- We cannot refund orders delayed by the courier or customs.
Incorrect Address
- We will try to reroute the package if possible, but cannot guarantee success for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)
- Customers pay the return shipping cost for exchanges or non-defect reasons.
- NeoZero covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
