All orders take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
(Weekends and holidays not included.)

  • POS Indonesia

The courier is selected automatically based on your destination and shipping method.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by country:

  • Asia: 3–7 days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 days
  • Europe: 7–12 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 days

Delivery times do not include processing time.

We use flat-rate shipping based on region. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local customs office.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

  • We will contact the courier and assist with the investigation.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued only after the courier confirms the package is lost.

Delayed Packages

  • We cannot refund orders delayed by the courier or customs.

Incorrect Address

  • We will try to reroute the package if possible, but cannot guarantee success for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)

  • Customers pay the return shipping cost for exchanges or non-defect reasons.
  • NeoZero covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
